The box does not include the game itself, which must be purchased separately and only in digital format. According to the description on the site, it is a collection inspired by Macca l’Alligatore, the popular TV series set at Leonida. Il numero di oggetti inclusi – un'ampia selezione di gadget ispirati a Vice City e Leonida, dalla statuetta di Macca l’Alligatore agli specchi magnetici con il suo volto – suggerisce un investimento significativo nel design e nella produzione, ma lo scopo di questa spesa è incomprensibile. Il fatto che la box sia venduta separatamente dal gioco, il fulcro dell'esperienza GTA VI, ne riduce ulteriormente il valore e solleva interrogativi sul target a cui si rivolge Rockstar. La scelta di includere dettagli specifici come i “Leonida Keys” e le spille smaltate, pur evocando l'ambientazione di Leonida, sembra più un esercizio di nostalgia che una vera e propria integrazione nel gioco principale.
