Take-Two Interactive Software Inc. today published the results of the first fiscal trimester 2027, exceeding the expectations of analysts and reflecting an increasing optimism on the future of the company, especially linked to the imminent exit of Grand Theft Auto VI scheduled for November 19, 2026. The net revenues of GAAP reached 1,53 billion dollars, increasing compared to 1,50 billion in the same period of 2025, while net bookings fell by 3% to 1,39 billion, lower than analyst estimates. The adjusted profit stood at 0.35 dollars per share, exceeding expectations. Despite the most conservative forecasts on GAAP revenues for the fiscal year 2027 (between 7,90 and 8,10 billion dollars) and on net bookings (between 8,00 and 8,20 billion dollars), the title Take-Two Interactive has recorded an increase of 0.5% to 247,67 dollars. Several analyses were released following the publication of financial results. Clark Lampen from BTIG maintained the rating Buy, raising the target price from 293 to $313. Colin Sebastian of Baird instead maintained the Outperform recommendation, increasing the target price from 265 to 270 dollars. Analysts seem to recognize the unexpressed potential of the game, fueled by the wait for the release of Grand Theft Auto VI and its main city, Vice City.
